The focus on these will be shorter distance, lower overage yardage, and high intensity. Remember to always swim to your ability level to avoid injury – each workout will have interval modifications, notes about the intention of the set and the rest, and sometimes bonus sets for a little extra distance.

Comments are always welcome! I love to know how it went for others or how you may have modified to make it work. These sets will be mostly written with the assumption that you train in a 25 yard pool, but I will do my best to suggest a modification if you swim long course.
