My kids were out on Spring Break last week, so we went to visit family and unfortunately that put my swims on hold for about 12 days. I got back in the water yesterday , but I was a bit Jello-y (it’s totally a word). I actually stopped before the last kick set because of a killer headache, but I’ll probably weave that one back in later in the week. Here was the good fight yesterday:
