I have to admit, I haven’t done this workout yet. I’m keeping it in my back pocket for a day when I need a challenge and a little higher volume. If you get a chance to do this before me, please comment and let me know how it went! It’s quite long, 5500 yards before the warm-down, so if you want to try it but don’t want that kind of yardage, start from the 800 instead of the 1000.

If you don’t have the equipment above for the even swims, you can do a breathing pattern instead – 3/5/7/5 by 50. This will be the most yardage I’ll do since I’ve gotten back in the pool, so it should be a fun challenge.
