As a parent that is a former swimmer, I sometimes find it hard to find a good balance between sharing my advise and experience and just being a supportive mom and letting the coaches do their job. As a Master’s swimmer, the workouts just don’t feel the same as they used to (they hurt more). Stop by and hear what I have to say (feel free to disagree) about my adventures in swimming.
