
You may be familiar with the image to the left – it reminds me of my high school years when the coach would pass out the workout to each lane and there it would stick like magic to a kickboard.
Workout inspiration can come from anywhere. For me, it sometimes doesn’t come until I’m in the pool doing warm-up. Enjoy this collection of workouts written by me, my husband, or both! Depending on how I feel or what goal I’m
trying to accomplish in the pool, these may be long endurance sets, quick sprint sets, or just a good old fashioned recovery day.
As I go, I’ll post intervals, suggestions for how to modify the times or the sets, bonus sets, and my general feelings on how it went that day in the pool.
