Since I’ve started this blog, I’ve heard from some old friends, current swim parents and friends, and others that they have been motivated to get in the water (yay!). I want to keep this momentum going – so this workout offers flexibility for all levels – beginner, intermediate, and advanced. I added some intervals in the intermediate and advanced workouts, and based the beginner workout off of rest intervals. If you don’t have equipment, that’s okay – you can kick on your back instead of using a kickboard and focus on long smooth swimming or breath control during pull (or just cross your legs but that never works for me, I cheat).
