Since the pools opened back up around May or June, most of us have been swimming in a time-restricted, reservation only facility. Because of that, I’ve had to adjust my workouts to be 45-50 minutes (if I’m lucky and the guards let me in 5 min early). Below is a workout from Monday, 10/5/2020. The aerobic set took up most of my time, but I was able to get a small kick set in at the end. Happy Swimming!

Warmup (500):
300 choice swim
4×50 @ :50 w/ fins, drill/swim by 25

Main (1800):

4×75 @ 1:15, kick w/ fins:
