Yesterday I did a slightly longer workout to really test how well I was doing in the pool after my week off. I wrote this one to kind of mix fast swimming with fast kicking, and I really enjoyed it. The main set is a bit long, if you’re looking for something shorter, you can cut the 150’s to 100’s and the 100’s to 50’s.
Shout out if you need help on interval adjustments. I did this set all freestyle, but you can mix up the stroke on the fast swimming, even throw in some IM if you’re an IM type.
